I got my first Whippet in 1991. A Year later the second Whippet came into our Home. She was by Int. Ch. Hammonds Simple Simon. The third followed in 1993, she was Courthill Crystal Ring, a daughter of Crufts BIS Pencloe Dutch Gold. Since 1995 my husband and I breed Whippets under our Prefix “Whipcat”. It is such a special breed; it captured my Heart and my Soul forever. In cooperation with the famous Courthill kennel we owned together with Roger Stock-“Ch. Whipcat Fire Island at Courthill”, (4 CC) and “Whipcat Faithful at Courthill” (3RCC). The Courthills are the Foundation of our breeding and over the Years we have had some very nice wins with our wonderful dogs. I am also Member of the German Whippet e.V., the German Sighthound Club, the German Afghan hound Club, the Swedish Whippet Club and Member of the English Kennel Club and recipient of the “Baron von Gingins Medal” highest cynological award of the VDH  in 2014.  In 2005 I got my judging license for Whippets and I am allowed to Judge Whippets on a CAC/CACIB level in all FCI Countries. I judged since this in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Belgian, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Russia, Germany and on CC Level in UK. A Highlight was the World Show 2017 when I judged the Whippet bitches and my winner was the pretty Ch. Colooney Tartan Tease, before she won Crufts in 2018. I am looking forward judging our Whippets in Finland, so much changed the last few years and I am very excited.
